Who we are
EXCEL – Advanced financial skills as a catalyst for women entrepreneurs’ transformative power is an Erasmus+ co-funded project that joins together partners from five different EU countries aiming to increase advanced financial literacy, raise awareness to sustainable finance when taking financial and strategic company decisions and increase the networking opportunities of women entrepreneurs, fostering their business practices. Additionally, it intends to promote a gender-inclusive, sustainability-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset and attitude in Continuous Vocational Educational and Training (CVET) providers to inspire women they work with to become more entrepreneurial and ESG-oriented.
What does EXCEL do?
To achieve its goals and create impact, EXCEL will develop and implement three main results:

EXCEL TRANSFORM Training programme
A flexible online and mobile-optimised interactive training programme on advanced and sustainable finances for women entrepreneurs based on modular learning complemented by a set of interactive digital resources. This training programme, that encompasses five modules and is presented on this platform as a self-paced learning path, will be tested with women entrepreneurs in all partner countries.

EXCEL ASSIST guidance set
A practical guidance set of structured and easy to use resources to support CVET providers who work with women entrepreneurs with gender-inclusive and sustainability-oriented entrepreneurial training, specifically targeting the topic of advanced financial management. This guidance set, which is based on the five topics of the training programme modules and is presented on this platform as a set of downloadable thematic flipbooks for teaching support, will be co-created with CVET providers from all partner countries at a transnational creative workshop.

EXCEL CONNECT Networking days
A 1-day event in each partner country providing women entrepreneurs involved in the EXCEL project the possibility to access business contacts, practical experiences and tips.
